Would you rather work out together? Then Duo personal training or small group training is the best choice for you. Train together with your partner, colleague, friend or girlfriend and work together on your goals.

 

Despite the fact that you train together in one hour, we do work on both individual goals. These objectives are determined at the beginning of the course. Where a matching training schedule and nutrition plan will be drawn up. Interim measurement ensures that we can guarantee your personal results.

Dimitri Ramman

Founder of 2712 Personal Training, Head Coach Vivify Training System, CrossFit Level 2 Coach, Civas Nutritionist & BSc Movement technologist.

 

Through my training in movement technology I have an extensive knowledge of the human body, especially in the pathological and physiological field. The biomechanics behind movement really appeals to me and this is also the reason that I started to train. 

 

For me it is important that you, as a client, also understand why certain movements are good or not and which food choices are responsible. My goal is not only to achieve the goals, but also to make sure that you have built up enough knowledge after the training to continue independently.

 

The trainings with me will be varied and challenging. Parts of CrossFit, weightlifting, bodybuilding and calisthenics will return.
